3. ALL SALES FINAL / REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because of:

• Personal financial circumstances
• Changes in personal circumstances

Purchasing access does not guarantee any particular financial result, sports result, betting result, or return.

4. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally false payment disputes may result in immediate termination of access to MallPicks services.

MallPicks reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law regarding fraudulent transactions or payment disputes.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS

MallPicks products and services are primarily delivered digitally.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain.

Any decision to place a wager is made independently by the customer and at the customer's own risk.

Purchasing MallPicks content does not give you permission to:

• Redistribute it

• Publish it
• Copy and distribute it
• Share paid selections publicly
• Share private community content
• Sell access to it

• Commercially exploit MallPicks material

Unauthorized redistribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the responsible party to additional remedies available under applicable law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MallPicks name, branding, website content, graphics, written material, analysis, educational content, selections, videos, digital materials, and other original content are owned by MallPicks or used with appropriate authorization.

Purchasing a product or membership gives you limited access to the purchased service.

It does not transfer ownership of MallPicks intellectual property to you.

16. MEMBERSHIPS AND TIME-BASED ACCESS

The access period begins according to the terms shown when the product is purchased or when access is activated.

Unused days or failure to access the service generally do not extend the membership period or create a right to a refund.

If MallPicks offers automatically renewing subscriptions, the renewal terms and price will be disclosed at or before checkout.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided for that subscription.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law.

MallPicks may use third-party services including payment processors, Discord, website providers, communication platforms, analytics providers, sportsbooks for publicly available information, and other technology providers.

MallPicks does not control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, suspensions, account restrictions, technical failures, or policy changes caused by third parties.

19. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS SECURITY

You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials and access information.

You may not knowingly allow unauthorized individuals to use paid MallPicks access associated with your account.

MallPicks may restrict or terminate access if there is reasonable evidence that an account is being shared, resold, abused, or used to distribute paid content without authorization.

20. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

MallPicks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services when a customer:

• Redistributes paid content
• Resells access
• Engages in fraud
• Uses stolen payment information
• Threatens or harasses staff or community members
• Attempts to compromise MallPicks systems
• Violates these Terms
• Uses MallPicks services for unlawful purposes

Termination for a material violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject to applicable law.

21. TESTIMONIALS AND CLIENT RESULTS

MallPicks may display client results, testimonials, screenshots, historical outcomes, or examples for promotional or educational purposes where appropriate.

Individual results vary.

A result experienced by MallPicks or another customer should not be interpreted as a representation that another customer will achieve the same or similar result.

22. PRICING AND PRODUCT CHANGES

MallPicks may modify its prices, packages, membership options, features, products, and services at any time.

A price change generally does not affect a purchase that was already completed unless otherwise disclosed.

Promotional offers may be available for limited periods and may contain separate eligibility requirements.
